Magic confronted at his first of several New York City book signings this week.
Magic Johnson is world famous, not only as an athlete, but as an advocate for health education and accessible health care in our communities.
Yet workers in One Hanson Place, a Brooklyn building developed and owned by Mr. Johnson's investment company, don’t have access to the affordable health care they need for their families. Some are even depending on public health programs for their kids.
Magic, please don’t leave New York without providing this health security to the working families who keep your new condos running.
